What does it actually cost?

How much of my time will this take?
A couple of minutes on the form, then 90 minutes for the audit itself. We write the report, you read it. If you go ahead, your team train around their normal work, so delivery does not stop.
Who should be in the audit session?
Entirely your call. Some owners come alone. Most bring one or two people who know where the hours go: an ops manager, a commercial lead, a senior admin.
What is the catch with free government funding?
There is not one. This money is set aside by the government specifically to upskill the UK workforce. It is not a loan and there is nothing to repay. For team members under 25 the training is fully funded. For anyone 25 and over it is £900 plus VAT one off, which is the 5% employer contribution. The only real catch is that most businesses never find out it exists.
What if my team member leaves after we train them?
Our experience says the opposite happens. People who feel invested in stay longer. Training is one of the strongest retention tools there is, and it costs a fraction of replacing somebody.
My team are frightened AI will take their jobs. How do I handle that?
Truthfully. AI is not here to take their jobs, it is here to give them their time back.
