Tutors who still do the job
Everyone who teaches here has worked in the industry they are teaching. You are not being taught out of a folder by someone who left the trade in 2009.
Real salons, not a classroom
You learn on real clients in working salons. It is the only way the confidence comes, and confidence is usually the bit people are missing.
We handle the funding paperwork
You are not filling in forms and chasing councils. We sort the funding side and tell you plainly what you need to provide.
Someone answers the phone
If you are struggling, stuck or thinking of packing it in, you ring us and you get a person. That is the difference between finishing and not.
Help with the bits that stop people
Kit, uniform, travel, childcare questions, benefits questions. Our job coaches deal with this every day, so ask before you decide you cannot do it.
It does not end at the certificate
You keep access to the support groups and you can come back to us about work, next steps or going self employed.

This is the one people ask us about most at the moment, so it is worth being straight about it. It is not a course you sign up to on your own. It runs inside a business, on the job, and it is the employer who puts someone forward.
- ✓It is the Level 4 AI & Automation Practitioner, done in a real business over about 18 months
- ✓You need to be employed and doing the work while you learn it. That is the whole point of it
- ✓Your employer arranges it with us. We do not take applications for it directly
- ✓It suits someone who already knows how their business runs and wants to be the person who automates it

Apprenticeship vacancies across the country are listed on the government's Find an apprenticeship service. That is the right place to start looking for an employer.
Most people pay nothing.
Our courses are funded by the government and the local council, which means for most people there is no course fee at all. There is no loan, no credit check and no small print that turns into a bill later.
Eligibility depends on your age, where you live and your situation. Two minutes on the phone and we will tell you either way.
