This course is the perfect introduction into the world of colour offering the first step for any potential Hair Stylist into colouring hair it is ideal for anyone who has an interest in colouring hair either in a salon or mobile hair stylist. has been specifically designed to develop your practical skills in the creative art of colouring hair using temporary and semi- permanent colour. You will learn a variety of artistic techniques which will allow you to create a range of hairdressing designs using professional products and tools. The purpose of this course is to develop your skills in hairdressing and provide you with the foundation for further learning, and to enable you to perform your own salon services. This course is about changing hair colour using semi-permanent, quasi-permanent, permanent and lightening products. This covers the ability to colour a full head, regrowth and the creation of highlight and lowlight effects. The ability to take into account a variety of factors and any contraindications is required.
Once you have booked your place you will receive a booking confirmation containing your account details to enable you to start the course straight away online ready for the practical day which will be held in the training centre. This course is accredited by the insurance company ABT which allows you to use this treatment on the general public and charge for these treatments once attended. You will need a qualification or experience in being able to style & finish hair.
We provide everything for training however you will need to purchase a kit or bring your own Combs & scissors from us or another supplier (please ask for details of our kit) to be able to complete this course and you will need to bring a model.
