Payments Terms & Conditions

For telephone bookings, payment can be made in full or in certain circumstances part payment can be made as follows:
  • All single unit courses to be paid in full at time of booking.
  • Awards Certificates & Diploma taken over 12-52 weeks – A deposit at time of booking and 6 payments of the remainder spread over 4-weekly intervals, however if a payment is missed the balance outstanding will become payable in full this includes early withdrawal from the course.

Refunds

Course payments, including Registration Fees, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to attend a confirmed course will result in the loss of all monies made for that course & any outstanding balance including payment plans.

In the event of a genuine reason for cancellation (proof of which may be required), a request for transfer will be considered at the discretion of TNB. If the transfer is agreed, an administration fee of £35 per course will be charged.

TNB is unable to offer refunds for cancellations outside of our control, i.e. Industrial action, adverse weather conditions, terrorist attacks, flooding, Visa refusals or flooding.TNB is not responsible for any loss of income, accommodation/travelling costs learners may incur due to the cancellation of courses.

Cancelling or transferring a course

TNB will endeavor to give learners at least 24 hours’ notice of any course cancellation. This may not always be possible in extreme circumstances i.e. adverse weather conditions, terrorist attacks, flooding, industrial action, sickness or Visa refusals.

Course times

All day courses start at 9:30am and finish at approximately 4.30pm. If you arrive late you may be unable to participate in the training, resulting in the loss of course fees.

Course Cost

Once registered you will have up to 14 months to complete your course otherwise additional costs may be applied.

Complaints Procedure

In the unlikely event your training course with us does not meet your expectations, pleasecall the TNB Office within 5 days of completing your training. The satisfaction of our clients is important to us and can often be resolved immediately, however, if this is not the case, you will be sent our full complaints procedure. A full copy of our complaints procedure is available on request.

Once first payment has been made you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of use.
