Payments Terms & Conditions
Except where you are paying for your course using our interest free finance option, payment should be made in
full at the time of booking or part payment can be made with a deposit of 10% or £50, whichever is the greatest,
to be paid at time of booking and the balance to be paid no later than 14 days before the start of course
Course payments, deposits and registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to attend
a confirmed course will result in the loss of all monies paid for that course and any outstanding balance,
including payment plans, will become payable immediately.
In the event of a genuine reason for cancellation, (proof of which may be required), we will consider a request for
transfer, at the sole discretion of TNB. If the transfer is agreed, we will charge an administration fee of £35 per course.
Cancelling or transferring a course
TNB is unable to offer refunds if we have to cancel a course for reasons outside of our control, for
example, but not limited to, Industrial action, adverse weather conditions, sickness/illness/disease, terrorist
attacks, flooding, Visa refusals. TNB will endeavour to give learners at least 24 hours’ notice of any course
cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control but this may not always be possible in extreme
TNB is not responsible for any loss of income, accommodation/travelling costs learners may incur due to
the cancellation of courses.
TNB is unable to give refunds if a course is under subscribed, in accordance with our minimum delivery
numbers, and in these circumstances we reserve the right to change the delivery date by giving no less
than 1 weeks’ notice before the original course date was due to take place.
All day courses start at 9:30am and finish at approximately 4.00pm. If you arrive late, you may be unable to
participate in the training, resulting in the loss of course fees.
Once registered you will have up to 24 months to complete your course otherwise additional costs will be
applied for further assessments and re-registration fees.
In the unlikely event your training course does not meet your expectations, please call the TNB Office within
5 days of completing your training. The satisfaction of our clients is important to us and can often be resolved
immediately, however, if this is not the case, you will be sent our full complaints procedure. A full copy of our
complaints procedure is available on request.
Once a deposit or payment in full has been made you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by
these terms and conditions of service.
